Image News Service
Image News Service was initially established as part of the Articles of Incorporation of a photographic gallery as approved by the Secretary of State of Massachusetts and included the right to act as a photographic news service. This right is also guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, and / or written stories and news reports of events, sports, or other current events or newsworthy items. It also includes the right to gather and maintain an "image bank" of historic images of newsworthy events or persons for later publication when the event or person become relevant to the current news.
The photographs and news gathered may be in cooperation with other publications or self initiated and published independently.
